Choose from several shipping options to best accommodate how you would like to receive your order. Please note that if you’ve added a photo to your Pet Urn, your order will be shipped as soon as the photo printing process is complete. You will receive a notification as soon as your item ships.
Local pickup: pick up your order on-site at our location once it is ready at no cost.
Free ground shipping: free ground shipping anywhere in Canada and the United States of America.
UPS Priority or Air shipping: use the shipping calculator with your desired shipping address at checkout to see the rates.
Please contact us if you would like to have an international order shipped.
Returns
Due to the customizations made on every product we sell, Sanctuary Pet Urns will accept returns only on orders that were damaged during transport.
